is about exploring how best we live our
lives, it considers our current thinking
and behaviour patterns and works towards
ways of addressing life issues. In psychotherapy,
the process does not just treat the surface
of personal problems. |
It endeavours to reach the underlying,
often unconscious source of a person’s
distress. In the reliable setting of therapy
a new and better understanding of long-standing
difficulties can be achieved leading to
empowerment and ways of dealing effectively
